Disinfection:
Thanks to the thermometer's hermetic glass sheath, any conventional disinfection method may be used provided that the temperature does not exceed 42° C and that the thermometer is not subjected to mechanical stresses or strains that might cause the glass to break.
Caution: Galinstan, the thermometric liquid, may not come into contact with precious or light metals because the liquid reacts with them.
Removing spilled Galinstan: Use a brush, cloth or other suitable material moistened with soapy water to soak up any spilled Galinstan.
Service life: Unlimited service life unless damaged by impact or other mechanical force
